How mold teeth?

When you order our Grillz we provide everything you need to get fitted right at home in 10 minutes.

Instruction

It is important to ensure that you wash your hands and ensure they are clean to prevent dust or dirt from getting mixed in contract with the putty. Additional putty is provided in case your first impression does not take very well.

Take one blue putty and one white putty out the bags to be mixed together in your hands (only spend about 10-15 seconds mixing them) until they have blended into one color. Now, roll the putty into a sausage shape before placing it into the impression tray. Using your thumbs, ensure there is plenty of putty towards the front edges of the tray, so both your teeth and gums are captured by the impression, before biting down as deep as you can.

To prevent premature setting, this stage must be completed within a minute.
Depending if you are taking your top or bottom impression try to keep your top/bottom lip out of the way.
Using a mirror for guidance, open your mouth as wide and relaxed as possible and with both hands insert the impression tray into your mouth It is important to make sure that your teeth are aligned towards the center of the putty as shown on the second image firmly push the tray straight upwards for top impressions and downwards for bottom impressions. This should be done until your teeth reach the bottom of the tray NOW gently push the tray in towards your teeth, so the putty can grip a good impression of your gum line.

Your lip can now be pulled over the wall of the tray as you close your mouth top lip and bottom lip must be touching the handle of the tray sealed close. (The way you would pucker your lips for a kiss)
Use your own suction ability to suck the putty tight to your gums and teeth. Using both hands keep the tray in place for two ½ min. DO NOT MOVE OR TALK
CAUTION – Do not push up, pull out and push back up again as this may result in an inaccurate impression.
Gently rock the impression tray and Gently pull down. Rinse the tray with cold water and allow it to dry naturally. Be very careful NOT to remove the putty from the tray.
